Horticulturalist

Andreasens Green Wholesale Nurseries is one of Australia’s leading wholesale growers, with more than 135 acres under production across multiple sites in New South Wales. For over 45 years, we have supplied high-quality plants to trade customers across the commercial and residential landscape sectors, including local councils.

We are currently seeking multiple full-time Horticulturalists to join our team at our Mangrove Mountain nursery.

This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor environment, contributing to the production and maintenance of high-quality plant stock while developing your horticultural expertise.

• Planting, watering, and general plant care

• Picking, handling, and relocating nursery stock

• Pruning, weeding, and maintaining plant health

• Supporting day-to-day nursery operations

• Adhering to workplace health and safety (WHS) practices

• Experience in horticulture or nursery operations (preferred)

• Certificate III in Horticulture (preferred)

• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Sound understanding of horticultural principles

• Ability to work outdoors in a physical environment

• Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 20kg (essential)

• Current driver’s licence (essential)

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work)

• Work in a beautiful, large-scale nursery environment
