With an employee base of 140 people (118 FTE) you will be joining a diverse and inclusive team.
As our People and Culture Officer at West Tamar Council, you will play a crucial role in managing various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, learning and development, and employee wellbeing. Your expertise will help us maintain a high standard of record keeping and compliance with relevant legislation.
You'll be organised and detail-oriented, and able to navigate complex situations with confidence, collaborating across diverse teams. Your ability to manage workplace relationships and drive cultural initiatives will be key to your success in this role.
