We are seeking:Full timeWorking Roster : Monday to Friday from 6:00AM - 2:00PMLocation: Camperdown, NSWPaid in accordance with the Cleaning Award.
About the Role:Key ResponsibilitiesOperate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, buffers) safely and effectively.Supervise, mentor, and support a team of cleaners.Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.Manage team schedules and allocate daily tasks.Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.Respond promptly to issues and customer concerns.Uphold and enforce workplace health and safety standards.What We’re Looking ForPrior experience in a cleaning supervisor or team leader role.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Solid knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.Excellent communication and time management skills.Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.Mandatory RequirementsRecent Police Check (within the last 3 months)Valid proof of right to work in AustraliaAbility to operate cleaning machineryWhat We OfferA supportive and inclusive team culture.Ongoing training and professional development.Opportunities for career growth within a reputable national organisation.
