YOU'LL NEED;

• A valid real estate licence or Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent), or a commitment to promptly enroll in and complete the required qualification upon commencement.

• Know our local region well

• Current drivers’ licence

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Enjoy working both autonomously and in a team

• Ability to prioritise within a fast-paced workplace

THE ROLE:

• Learn all aspects of residential property management

• Provide support to our Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio management tasks

• Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports

• Complete ingoing condition reports and property inventories

• Assist with the coordination of repairs and maintenance works

• Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, contractors and service providers

• Support our leasing team with property inspections and leasing activities as required

• Maintain accurate records and undertake general administrative duties

• Utilise property management software, Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage daily tasks and communications

• Assist with the management of property portfolios during staff leave periods

• Contribute to the smooth operation of the Property Management department through a variety of support functions
