About the role

Turfpoint is a growing landscape construction company looking for an experienced Site Foreman / Landscape Leader to join the team. You'll be responsible for leading the team on site, coordinating day-to-day works, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to plan. You'll take ownership of projects and help build them from start to finish.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with solid experience in landscape construction who knows how to get a job moving and can confidently lead a crew on site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing landscape construction crews on site

• Setting up and running projects from start to finish

• Reading and interpreting landscape plans

• Coordinating site works, materials, machinery and trades

• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Operating and working around excavators and other construction machinery

• Working with Excavators / Posi-Track machinery

• Managing day-to-day site priorities and solving problems as they arise

• Communicating with project managers, clients and other contractors

• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work site

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman, Site Foreman, Leading Hand or similar

• Strong landscape construction experience

• Experience operating or working confidently with Posi-Track and excavator machinery

• The ability to read and understand landscape construction plans

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently

• A strong eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship

• A current driver's licence

• A commitment to safety and getting the job done right
