Plus Fitness Lidcombe is looking for an energetic, motivated and professional Personal Trainer to join our team.

This is an opportunity to build your own PT business within an established 24/7 gym, working with a diverse member base and a steady flow of potential clients.

As a Personal Trainer at Plus Fitness Lidcombe, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions

• Performing member consultations and fitness assessments

• Running 3 x 45min classes per week

• Developing tailored training programs

• Building and maintaining your own PT client base

• Engaging with members on the gym floor

• Cleaning and racking weights on the gym floor

• Helping create a welcoming, professional and motivating training environment

• Supporting gym promotions, challenges and member engagement initiatives

• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and professionalism

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness

• Has current First Aid and CPR

• Has appropriate professional registration and insurance

• Is confident approaching and engaging with members

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Is reliable, professional and self-motivated

• Has a genuine interest in helping clients achieve results

• Is willing to actively develop and grow their own PT clientele

Previous personal training experience is advantageous, but motivated newly qualified trainers are also encouraged to apply.
