Product Support Representative

We are seeking a talented Product Support Representative to join our Perth-based Product Support team. In this senior role, you will provide technical and product support to mining customers across Western Australia, helping resolve complex service issues and deliver strong customer outcomes.

About this role: 

• As a senior member of our Product Support team, provide technical service support to mining customers across Western Australia.

• Manage the engine life database 

• Respond to urgent customer requirements, including complex technical, product and service support issues.

• Liaise with key stakeholders, including customers, engineers, service teams and internal product specialists, to support timely issue resolution.

• Develop strong relationships with our valued customers

• Support escalations by coordinating information, documenting outcomes and providing clear technical recommendations.

• Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Mechanical training is desirable but not essential. 

   

Compensation and Benefits

• Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week (office based)  

• Moderate travel to Pilbara and Perth CBD

Experience: 
Prior experience in a technical, parts or service role is desirable. To be successful, applicants should possess a strong desire to enter the mining market segment, have a team-centric disposition, and an eagerness to learn. 

 

The Product Support team provides technical and product build planning support to major mining customers, OEMs and the Cummins supply chain team. Working closely with the engineering team to support product troubleshooting, the PSR is an integral part of supporting the product offering and creating a preference for Cummins powered engines across the Pilbara.
