About the roles

The Roving Cook takes full ownership of comprehensive kitchen operations, menu implementation, kitchen safety, and cleanliness.

The Roving Housekeeper is responsible for delivering a high level of housekeeping services across multiple Top End hostels.

These positions demand high adaptability, requiring regional travel—frequently on short notice—for deployments that potentially extend to multiple weeks.

AHL is looking for people with backgrounds in hospitality, cleaning, customer service roles as well as those new or returning to the workforce.
