Wellness Concierge

This isn’t your average gym or hospitality role.

SAINT HAVEN is redefining luxury wellness. Our private members’ clubs bring together world-class training, recovery, bathhouse experiences, science and 6-star service in one extraordinary environment.

We’re looking for a Wellness Concierge to join our South Yarra club on weekends.

You’ll be a key presence across our gym floor and bathhouse, creating an exceptional member experience and ensuring every space feels immaculate, considered and unmistakably SAINT HAVEN.

You’ll move across the club throughout your shift, anticipating what members need before they need to ask.

• Deliver warm, personalised and intuitive service across the gym floor and bathhouse

• Welcome members and build genuine relationships

• Support members with equipment, wellness spaces and club amenities

• Maintain exceptional presentation across training, recovery and bathhouse areas

• Keep towels, water and premium amenities replenished throughout the club

• Ensure equipment and wellness spaces are clean, organised and ready to use

• Complete regular checks and escalate maintenance or operational issues

• Bring energy, polish and attention to detail to every shift

You love wellness, people and creating exceptional experiences. You’re proactive, polished and understand that luxury lives in the details.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Cert III or IV in Fitness underway or completed, or be studying Exercise Science, Nutrition, Sports Management or similar

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Strong communication skills and natural confidence with people

• A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellness

• A professional, service-led approach
