Technical Support (HVAC)

The Coldflow Group are looking for someone resourceful and organised to join our Operations Team. Once a job is confirmed, you will take ownership of the customer journey, making sure installations are booked, communication is clear, and any problems are solved quickly and properly.

This is not just a scheduling role. You will deal with logistics, customer escalations, and technical troubleshooting, while coordinating between customers, technicians, and suppliers.

The aim is simple: keep things running smoothly and resolve issues without always needing the Operations Manager to step in.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee jobs from booking through to installation and aftercare.

• Coordinate schedules between customers and installers.

• Handle escalations with a practical, solutions-first approach.

• Troubleshoot common technical issues over the phone (training provided), and arrange the appropriate on-site support when needed.

• Manage cases end-to-end, making sure both customers and internal teams stay updated.

• Support technicians with logistics, including scheduling, equipment and resource planning, and accurate job information.

What you will bring:

• Strong problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and make logical decisions.

• A mechanical or HVAC background will be highly regarded.

• Organisational skills to keep multiple jobs and timelines on track.

• Clear, confident communication with customers and colleagues.

• Ability to handle tricky conversations calmly and constructively.

• Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new systems.
