At In Depth Landscapes, we bring our clients outdoor spaces to life.
We create boutique front yards to larger scaled residential and commercial projects, we design, build, deliver landscapes that stand out — specialising in landscape architecture and design through to the construction of pools, landscape and fencing across Canberra and the surrounding regions.

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced landscapers who can lead from the front and motivate their crew

• People who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something bigger

To be successful in these roles, you'll need:

• Proven experience in landscape construction (or a strong desire to grow your skills)

• A minimum of 2+ years of landscape construction experience is required

• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, develop programmes and execute.

• Strong skills in paving, retaining walls, irrigation, decking, planting. Commercial or residential

• Great leadership or teamwork abilities depending on your role

• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail

• White Card, Silica, Asbestos + valid driver's license (essential)

• Trade qualifications (a bonus, but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates must hold a valid work visa or Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

• Execute high-quality landscaping projects in either commercial or residential works, including Stone retaining walls, paving, decking, planting, irrigation, and garden installations.

• Read and interpret landscape designs and plans, ensuring accurate execution.

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.

• Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with industry standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

• Maintain job site cleanliness and organisation.
