You are naturally driven! A person who thrives on seeing others succeed. Approachable and empathetic towards those we assist.

Naturally, you have a love for working with children.  You will have extensive experience working in early intervention in either private or public. You have grown over the years in your clinical experience and are perhaps currently working as an OT / Senior OT who is wanting to take the next step into a Team Leader role whilst still drawing on your clinical experience.

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with our community. You love what you do, and this shows in your ability to engage and build relationships. Above all, you are ready to take on this opportunity and grow as a leader in your field.
