Nurse Next Door Adelaide South West and Adelaide Hills are looking for Enrolled Nurses (EN) who have community nursing experience with Catheter care skills (male & female Catheter's) and looking for a flexible schedule.  Must be located in Adelaide's Inner South and Adelaide Hills.

Duties for Nurses:

• Visit clients in their own homes to provide tailored care to their needs.

• Work under the guidance of the client's Care Designer (RN Manager).

• Assist clients with ADL's and personal cares.

• Assist clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises.

• Wound care, assessment and reporting.

• Bowel management.

• Medication administration.

• M/F Catheter change and care. 

• Palliative Care.

• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

• Work cooperatively with other health professionals involved in the clients support team to achieve the greatest possible outcome.

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to speak and write fluently in English. 

• Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designer (RN) when needed.

• Able to travel from client to client in a timely fashion (km covered or car provided). 

• Passionate about making a difference.

Essential Requirements:

• Working with children check

• NDIS Workers Screener

• Police Check

• Driver's License

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration 

Preferred:

• Triple Vaccinated with COVID & evidence of annual flu vaccine

• First Aid and CPR certificate within past 12 months

• Experience with wound care and catheter
