As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Afternoon Cleaning Shift Operator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role

As an Afternoon Cleaning Shift Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production facility is clean, hygienic and ready for the next day's operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitising production equipment, machinery and work areas.

• Completing scheduled cleaning tasks to a high standard.

• Following strict food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.

• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.

• Maintaining accurate cleaning records and documentation.

• Identifying and reporting maintenance or hygiene issues.

• Supporting production readiness for the following day's operations.

• Working collaboratively with the production team to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cleaning, food manufacturing or a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential).

• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Has excellent attention to detail.

• Is reliable, punctual and committed to workplace safety.

• Enjoys hands-on, physically active work.

• Works well as part of a team and communicates positively with others.

• Can work comfortably in a food Can work comfortably across different food production environments, including refrigerated production rooms and warm, humid processing areas (approximately 28°C), as cleaning duties are performed throughout the facility.

• Is willing to learn and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Food manufacturing or food processing experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Shift

This is a permanent full-time Afternoon Shift position, working Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm.
