About the Role

You’ll be working closely with the Agri Commercial team to drive classified advertising revenue across ACM Agri's leading titles, including The Land, Queensland Country Life, and Stock & Land. Due to ongoing portfolio expansion, this role focuses on high-volume phone outreach to activate new accounts, re-engage lapsed customers, and sell print, digital, and marketplace listings. This is a hands-on role that offers both independence and collaboration, with space to grow your skills and career. The role offers flexibility to work remotely on a full-time basis, or, if you're located near one of ACM's many offices across Australia, you can choose to work from an office location. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive outbound sales calls to generate revenue across general classifieds, machinery, property, and rural services listings.
• Re-engage lapsed advertisers and activate new business using structured weekly call cycles.
• Process advertising bookings, artwork, and copy accurately into Adpoint and internal sales systems.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally, recommending product bundles, digital add-ons, and placement options.
• Maintain pipeline discipline by logging all sales activity, leads, and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales support, digital operations, and editorial teams to align with upcoming feature publications and seasonal opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Sales & Communication Experience (Essential): Proven background in telesales, phone-based account management, or inside sales with strong verbal communication skills and high-volume outbound calling confidence.
• Technical & Process Discipline (Essential): Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail in order processing, and proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Industry & Advertising Knowledge (Desirable): Prior experience in media advertising, online marketplaces, or classifieds, along with familiarity with regional or agricultural sectors.
