Debt Collections Agent - On Road

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation operating in the financial services space.

This is not your typical debt collections role. Instead of working from a call centre, you’ll be out on the road, meeting customers face-to-face.

If you’re someone who thrives on independence, enjoys working with people, and can confidently handle difficult conversations, this is a unique and rewarding opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meeting customers in person at their homes

• Having structured, empathetic conversations about financial situations

• Negotiating and setting up sustainable repayment plans

• Monitoring and managing accounts to ensure ongoing commitments are met

• Managing your own daily schedule while working autonomously in the field

• Interstate travel required approximately once per month
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong people skills – able to build trust quickly

• Confident handling difficult or sensitive conversations

• Resilient, self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Practical, solutions-focused thinker with good judgement

• Backgrounds in sales, trades, field roles, or customer-facing positions are highly regarded but not essential

• Full driver’s licence - A MUST!
