About the Role

Opal HealthCare is seeking an experienced and adaptable Regional Support Manager to provide leadership across multiple care communities, supporting operational performance, team capability and quality outcomes on the Central Coast.

This is a dynamic role where you will step in to support General Managers and Relief General Managers, lead improvement initiatives, and drive consistency across homes — bridging the gap between site leadership and regional teams to deliver strong performance and outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership support across multiple care communities
• Mentor and coach General Managers to build capability and performance
• Support homes to achieve quality, compliance and accreditation standards
• Drive operational improvements and share best practice across the region
• Build strong relationships with teams, residents and stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or a regulated service environment
• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is required for this role.
• Strong operational and people leadership capability across multiple sites
• Experience improving performance, quality outcomes and team capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
