Vision Radiology is an independent, radiologist-owned diagnostic imaging provider with a growing network of clinics across metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
We pride ourselves on being non-corporate, innovative, and patient-focused, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Our teams work alongside highly regarded subspecialist Radiologists in a supportive, well-resourced environment.
We are seeking a qualified Mammographer to join our growing team in Mentone. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, purpose-built environment with access to advanced imaging technology and a diverse patient cohort.
While the role is full-time, we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography, including specialised views where required in line with clinical protocols
Ensure accurate positioning and image acquisition to support optimal diagnostic outcomes
Work closely with Radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes
Deliver exceptional patient care, with a strong focus on comfort, dignity, and empathy
Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to compliance standards
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation
Support multi-modality workflows | Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including but not limited to General X-Ray and CT Imaging, with precision and accuracy.
Support a positive and professional clinic environment
Requirements:
Qualified Radiographer with Mammography experience (essential)
Exposure to additional modalities (e.g. General X-ray, CT, DEXA)
AHPRA Registration (current)
VIC Radiation Use Licence
Strong patient care focus with excellent communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Passion for Women’s Health and early detection
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
