Assistant Manager - Mokoko Bakery

Mokoko's roots originate from the United Kingdom and we are now delighted to be coming to WA this September.

New to Nedlands, Mokoko will be a neighbourhood bakery built on simple ingredients and authentic methods of production. Specialising in Viennoiserie, made from scratch each morning, with nothing unnecessary, no additives, no shortcuts. Just great baking, done properly.

Our locations are beautifully designed, colourful and inviting, creating an environment reflective of our philosophy and character.

The Role: Assistant Manager

Location: Mokoko Nedlands, WA

Role type: Full-Time salary

The primary purpose of the Assistant Manager role is to support the Store Manager in leading our team and operations. In this role, you will help deliver a first class experience to every customer while offering products of the highest quality. We foster an environment that is professional, warm and personable, where a genuine pride in excellence drives everything we do.

We like to keep things simple, whilst remaining classy and beautiful, with the aim to provide the right people the right opportunities. Our systems and training materials exist to both support and direct, providing information and clarity to help make Mokoko and everyone who is part of it a success.

Strong knowledge of coffee is essential teamed with previous experience in leading high volume shifts.

Please note: This is not a trainee or 'step-up' position. Candidates must possess active experience as an Assistant Manager. This position is tailored for a seasoned Assistant Manager.
