Trainee and Assistant Educator - Seville Grove

About the role 

Bring your creativity, care and enthusiasm to our team. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn through play, build confidence and develop at their own pace. Working alongside a supportive team of educators, you’ll contribute to developmentally appropriate programs, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and help make every day full of discovery, connection and fun.

About you 

You’ll be warm, caring and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive. You’ll enjoy being part of a team, building strong relationships and creating experiences that encourage children’s curiosity. You’ll bring some great qualities and experience with you including:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, or willingness to study towards your Certificate III through a traineeship
• Experience in an Early Learning is desirable
• An understanding of child development and how children learn through play and meaningful experiences
• Ability to create safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
• A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn and grow
• Commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their safety and wellbeing
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid certification for qualified Educator applicants
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
