Support Worker

In Care Central is currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and qualified Disability Support Workers ready to start immediately on the Sunshine Coast. We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, with Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities, along with competitive rates above industry standards.

In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants across a variety of settings. You will support participants with daily living activities, personal care, community access, household tasks, social participation, and achieving their individual goals while promoting choice, dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

We are looking for Support Workers who are passionate about helping others, dependable, respectful, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should be confident working independently as well as part of a team, have strong communication skills, and be willing to build positive relationships with participants, families, and other members of the In Care team.

Experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL), complex support needs, personal care, or community participation is highly regarded, however we also welcome applicants who are passionate about entering or developing their career in the disability support sector. Yellow Card, Blue Card, Drivers License and completion of NDIS Orientation Modules is essential.
