We’re looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team and help bring the world of Scotch & Soda to life in store. If you have a passion for fashion, love connecting with customers, and enjoy working in a creative retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

As a "stylist", you will support the Fashion Host in driving sales and assist with the daily operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to achieving daily and weekly budgeted sales

• Deliver a memorable in-store experience for every customer by provide styling advice and product knowledge to help customers find pieces they love.

• Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations

• Maintaining stock and stock presentation

• General house keeping

• Processing, storing and replenishing stock

• Compliance with company policies

• Communicating with the Fashion Host regarding all store operations

To join us in this role you

• Be able to communicate effectively with fellow team members and management

• Be able to work independently

• At least 2 years experience in a retail or customer service role.

• At least 3 full day availability.

• Experience with using AP21 POS system will be highly valued.
