Casual all-rounder

We’re looking for a casual Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team at Stephenie’s Coffee & Açai in Rosanna.

We’re a busy 7-day café and are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, takes pride in their work and wants to become part of a team long term.

This role would suit someone who is confident working across different areas of a café and understands that being part of a small team means everyone gets involved — from making great coffee and serving customers to preparing food, cleaning and keeping the café looking its best.

What we’re looking for

* Previous café or hospitality experience
* Barista experience with a strong appreciation for good coffee
* Basic latte art skills
* Friendly, confident and passionate about customer service
* Able to multitask and stay organised during busy periods
* Confident with basic knife and cooking skills
* Comfortable preparing toasties, sandwiches, egg & bacon rolls and general café food prep
* Someone who notices what needs doing and gets involved without needing to be constantly directed
* Happy to help keep the café clean, tidy and organised throughout the day
* Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
* Interested in developing and improving their skills
* Looking for a long-term position, not just a short-term job

About our team

We’re a close-knit crew mainly in our 30s who enjoy working hard, having a laugh and getting the job done.

Our days involve constant multitasking, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being busy and can move comfortably between making coffee, serving customers, preparing food, clearing tables, cleaning and helping teammates when needed.

We really value customer service and coffee quality, and we want someone who cares about creating a great experience for our regular customers.

Hours

We trade 7 days a week from 7:00am–2:00pm, so availability across weekdays and weekends is preferred.

Casual hours will be discussed depending on availability and experience.

Location

We’re located in Rosanna, conveniently close to Rosanna Train Station, making us easy to get to by public transport.
