About The Role

Undertake water, fire and mould damage make safe, clean up and restoration programs at different sites across MelbourneConduct damage assessments and deliver cleaning, restoration and repair activitiesManage damage assessments and reporting requirements through our CRM platform.Follow all compliance and procedures set from an administrative, as well as health and safety perspective.Manage communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

About You

Have knowledge and experience in water, mould and fire restoration or have experience in specialised cleaning hard floors, carpets, etc. Hold IICRC certification, this certification is highly regarded but not essential Are aware of demolition and construction principlesCan work independently or as part of a teamAre physically fitHave computer acumen and are comfortable using technology.
