Are you a gun Barista who loves leading people, coaching teams and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every interaction matters?

At Sienna's Drive Thru Coffee, we're looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Cafe Manager (2IC) to help lead our team and deliver the best drive-thru coffee experience around.

This is a Friday to Sunday role (approximately 30 hours per week), perfect for someone who wants meaningful leadership responsibility while enjoying a flexible work week.

What You'll Be Doing

As our 2IC, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations while leading from the front.

You'll be:

• Creating an exceptional customer experience that keeps guests coming back.

• Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.

• Training, coaching and mentoring team members to perform at their best.

• Leading shifts and supporting day-to-day operations.

• Maintaining quality, presentation and service standards.

• Managing workflow during busy peak periods.

• Demonstrating what "best-in-class" customer service looks like every day.

• Building a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 5 years' hospitality or café experience

• At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

• Outstanding barista skills and coffee knowledge

• Proven ability to train, coach and develop staff

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• A positive, energetic and hands-on approach
