Reset Specialist - multiple positions

The Peninsula Reset is a premium domestic service organisation offering exceptional and highly detailed home services across the Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island. From Short-Stay accommodation turnovers and guest ready resets, pre-sale and vacate cleans, Concierge services and regular domestic cleans, our team specialises in delivering exceptional spaces for owners, Property Managers and holidays guests alike.

About the role:

As a Reset Specialist, you’ll work across the range of our offering, including short-stay accommodation turnovers, guest ready resets, pre-sale and deep cleans, and regular domestic cleans.

Our operations are spread across the length and breadth of the Mornington Peninsula as well as Phillip Island, servicing a well-established and diverse client base.

We deliver exceptional cleaning services with attention to detail above and beyond expectations, including linen service coordination.

We are committed to achieving our exceptional standards whilst also embracing our ecological and sustainability practices and as such, we minimise the use of harsh chemicals and bleaches. We proudly support Australian made, owned and operated brands and have partnered with several local suppliers for many of the products we use.

Our Reset Specialists can deliver beautiful spaces in a timely manner either individually or as a part of a team – depending on the service being delivered.

About you:

To be successful as a Reset Specialist you’ll need to:

• Be honest, trustworthy, reliable and discreet

• Have availability across the working week - ideally Monday's Tuesdays and Thursdays - we are happy to support school hours if you have flexibility across the week.

• Have access to a reliable vehicle and own license - these roles are for Phillip Island team members only

• Have exceptional attention to detail (the more particular you are the better!) We expect that you have had experience in hospitality, nursing or a cleaning background or similar - we are happy to train for the right attitude

• Be able to work at pace and deliver to deadlines - as well as having fun as we go

• Be able to build good rapport with clients when working in the home

• Be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Be willing to learn on the job in a fast-paced industry

• Be willing to stick with us as a regular casual – we are looking for a long term staff member
