About The Opportunity
Bring your people leadership and revenue expertise to a role where integrity and accountability matter. You’ll lead day‑to‑day revenue operations, develop team capability, and ensure compliant, high‑quality billing outcomes that support NSW Health Pathology’s commitment to excellence in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing
To assist the Revenue Manager by coordinating day-to-day activities in the revenue office. Activities involve management of workloads, assessing training needs and coordinating training as required.

Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team in order to meet KPIs, budgets and reporting deadlinesDemonstrated knowledge and practical experience in health-related billing and patient information systems, as well as Oracle and Microsoft Office productsAbility to allocate, motivate and train staff in order to achieve targets and maximise efficiencyDemonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills that contribute to effective relationship managementDemonstrated ability to assist the Revenue Manager to meet operational requirements, develop internal policies and procedures, and to liaise with stakeholders as required.
