Position:- Boilermaker.

We seeking a dedicated and experienced Boilermaker who excels in pipe fabrication to contribute to our diverse range of projects. We have commissioned a new building and are on the lookout for quality, reliable tradespersons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate Water Tube Boilers and Pressure Vessels.

• Fabricate stainless steel feed water tanks.

• Hydrostatic test Boilers and pressure vessels.

• Interpret engineering drawings to fabricate and assemble and fit out boilers.

• Collaborate within a team environment to achieve projects efficiently and within established timelines.

• Work safely.

Requirements/ skillset:

• Proven experience as a Boilermaker, pipe fitter, pipe welder with a knowledge of gas or steam systems.

• Strong knowledge of pipe fabrication.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

• Formally recognized Engineering Fabrication Heavy Trade Certificate (Boilermaker)

• AS1796 Welding tickets, Forklift license, MR truck license and related qualifications for pipe fabrication or gas fitting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.

• Pressure Welding tickets or experience advantageous.

• Experience in stick welding 76mm x 4mm boiler tube highly advantageous.

• Experience in Lincoln 5p+ 6010 electrodes advantageous.

• Experience in GMAW, MMAW, GTAW welding.

• Reliable attendance, reliable transport, and have your own set of quality tools of the trade fit for purpose.

• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screening.

• Flexible working hours, for the right person, after probation period.

• Regular overtime available.

• Hours available, 6am - 4pm Monday to Thursday, Finish at 12pm on Friday. 

• Work clothes and PPE supplied.
