The Role

At Rex, delivering heartfelt hospitality is at the core of what we do. We are seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our Engineering team in Wagga Wagga.  This is a full-time, 38-hour per week role, spread over 5 working days.

Reporting to the Engine Shop Manager, responsibilities of the role includes:

• Maintaining hard copy log books for engines.
• Administering work packs for engines and other component maintenance.
• Filing and archiving of records.
• Engineering administration support duties.
• Other duties as required.

Key Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated computer literacy and data entry above standard user skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to work in a close knit team environment, with the ability to also work unsupervised.
• A demonstrated willingness and ability to accept responsibility and maintain confidentiality.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Full work rights in Australia
