About You:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in writing, in person and on the phone.

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

• Able to manage time effectively and handle competing priorities.

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.

• A team player with a proactive attitude.

• No prior strata management experience required, but any exposure to real estate, customer service, or administration is a plus.

• Confidence to ask questions and provide and be provided with feedback
