Drive Approved is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive and connect with new accounts and build the relationships that fuel ongoing growth. Drive Approved is a vehicle buying and brokerage business based on the Gold Coast. We specialise in helping customers across Australia purchase their next vehicle with confidence.
Backed by the success of Ausloans' in the national finance network, we combine vehicle sourcing expertise with market-leading finance solutions to deliver a seamless customer experience.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you'll be at the front line of our growth strategy, responsible for:
Identifying, targeting and onboarding new business accounts.
Building a strong, sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
Generating consistent lead flow to support the wider Drive Approved network.
Developing long-lasting B2B relationships built on trust and results.
Representing Drive Approved as a trusted partner in the finance and automotive industry.
What We're Looking For
Proven business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within finance, automotive or vehicle broking.
A genuine hunter mentality with a track record of winning new accounts.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities at once.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Passion for building partnerships in the automotive and finance industry.
