We are seeking highly experienced, organised, motivated and client focused Site Manager to join us for our projects in the Eastern Suburbs (Malvern & Brighton) for our emerging SOHO BUILT Construction Team.

The Role
Successfully deliver quality residential projects for our Clients and developer partnersProjects requirements are predominately medium density residentialScheduling Trades and Subcontractors on siteEnsuring OH&S obligations are met weeklyEnsure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlinesLiaising with clients and delivering great customer service to our development partnersMonitoring and controlling ETS budget
About You
Significant experience in site management in projects or medium density settingsStrong Ability to manage the Building Process from start to finishYou are willing to be a team playerMotivated and drivenA customer-focused person, with good communication skills capable of dealing with both retail customers and sophisticated developers alikeA positive can-do attitude
