The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on our active project sites. Work is Sydney but we cover NSW so sometimes you be asked to work  living away from home for short periods is an essential, highly-rewarded part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your core duties will include :

• Onsite Management: Direct day-to-day activities of multi-trade crews and specialized subcontractors .

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce onsite Quality, WHS, and Environmental safety standards.

• Logistics & Materials: Coordinate timely delivery of raw materials and construction plant equipment .

• Progress Reporting: Maintain precise documentation and communicate timeline updates regularly to project stakeholders.

  
  

What You Bring

• Trade Background: Strong hands-on experience in roofing and carpentry or multi-trade structural building works.

• Supervisory Experience: Demonstrated history running commercial or residential construction sites.

• Safety First Mindset: Thorough understanding of modern HSEQ frameworks.

• Industry Tickets: Valid General Construction Induction Card (White Card).

• Drivers Licence: Unrestricted Australian manual licence.
