Essential Criteria :
10+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Appian development.2+ years of experience leading Appian delivery teams.Strong hands-on experience with: Appian SAIL InterfacesProcess ModelsRecords & Data FabricBusiness Rules & ExpressionsIntegration Services (REST/SOAP APIs)Appian Deployment ManagerExperience with Agile delivery methodologies.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Appian applications and workflow solutions.Design scalable and secure Appian solutions aligned with business requirements.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Appian developers.Review solution designs, code, and deployment plans.Drive integration of Appian with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.Support estimation, planning, governance, and release management activities.Ensure adherence to development standards, quality, and security best practices.
