About The Role

Our Dandenong store is due to open in September, you’ll be at the heart of the action. Connecting with customers, sharing your product knowledge, and helping to create an unforgettable in-store experience. You’ll support the management team in driving sales and keeping the store looking its best. This is your chance to be part of something exciting, working alongside a passionate team to deliver results and make every customer interaction count!

Day by Day, you will

Bring a premium, service focused approach to drive sales, hit KPIs, and make your mark in a high-profile store launchProcessing large volumes of stockPicking and packing click and dispatch ordersAssisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning requiredMaintaining a positive CAN DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers

What You Bring

Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket settingsPassionate about streetwear and sneaker cultureComfortable and confident working in a busy, energetic team environmentSelf-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goalsOpen to constructive feedback and keen to learnAvailable for late-night trade, Monday to Wednesday day shifts, and weekends
