The opportunityThis is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects with genuine public and community impact – from schools and universities to community hubs, sporting facilities, health environments and major civic infrastructure.You will work collaboratively with our Directors and project teams, taking responsibility for the design, development, coordination and delivery of projects while building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.Importantly, we are looking for more than technical capability. We want someone who shares our belief that good architecture should serve the greater good – creating places that are innovative, sustainable, inclusive and genuinely valuable to the communities they serve.
About youYou will ideally:Be a registered Architect with 6+ years' post-graduate experience in Australia.Be an accomplished designer with strong architectural, detailing and documentation skills.Have demonstrated experience delivering projects through multiple design and construction phases.Be confident communicating with clients, stakeholders and consultant teams.Be highly proficient in Revit and experienced working within collaborative BIM environments.Have strong organisational, coordination and project management skills.Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive studio culture.Be generous with your knowledge and enjoy mentoring less-experienced team members.Be curious, open-minded and interested in better ways of designing and delivering projects.Share our commitment to design excellence, sustainability and positive social impact.Experience in education, community, health, sport or government projects will be highly regarded.
