About the Role

We’re looking for a PharmaPrograms Pro Field Trainer to join the team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. These are brand-new roles created to support the growth and adoption of the PharmaPrograms Pro platform across our pharmacy network and partners.

This position will be responsible for WA, with travel to the SA as required and is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on delivering engaging product training, executing sales initiatives and building strong relationships with pharmacy teams to drive engagement and ongoing use of the platform.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Commercial, Marketing and Customer Support, you’ll play an important role in achieving sales targets, delivering a positive customer experience and supporting the continued growth and success of PharmaPrograms Pro.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive adoption and ongoing use of the PharmaPrograms Pro platform.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations and onboarding support to pharmacy teams, ensuring customers can confidently use the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies and partners, acting as a key point of contact for platform and operational queries.
• Proactively follow up leads, sales opportunities and customer enquiries, contributing to sales and platform adoption targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking and performance reporting, while providing customer feedback and insights to support platform improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Commercial, Marketing and Customer Support teams to align sales priorities, customer engagement and promotional activities. 

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, field training or a customer-facing role, with experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or retail pharmacy considered advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and build trusted relationships with pharmacy partners and customers.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously in the field while collaborating effectively with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Support and Operations teams.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools, with the ability to interpret sales data, pipeline activity and performance metrics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state, visiting pharmacy partners and customers as required to support training, engagement and platform adoption.
