About the role
Food Production: Cook authentic indian punjabi curry, preparation of meal, tandoori breads, grilling, garnishing and seasoning.
Prepare the menu and food to customers order
Ensure cleanliness in kitchen and supervise kitchen staff
Co-ordinate with others and work as a team, resolve issues
Ensure that appropriate ingredients are uses according to the given measurements for each recipe
Ensure quality and taste of food
Maintain hygiene and ensure health and safety rules compliance
Ensure the cooking equipment maintained and cleaned well
Prepare stock list and place orders with the suppliers
Minimum 2 years of experience required with Certificate IV in commercial cookery. Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
