About the role

We are looking for reliable, compassionate and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Melbourne’s Western Suburbs
🕐 Casual | Flexible & Ongoing Shifts

You will provide individualised support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting daily living and household activities
Community access and participation
Supporting independence and skill development
Providing appropriate prompting, encouragement and redirection
Following individualised support plans and participant preferences
Maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality
Completing high-quality progress notes following each shift
Communicating effectively with the participant’s support team
Working in accordance with NDIS requirements and organisational policies
We are looking for Support Workers who are:
Reliable, punctual and professional
Compassionate, patient and respectful
Confident communicating with participants, families and team members
Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
Committed to person-centred support
Open to feedback, learning and professional development
Passionate about making a genuine difference
Experience supporting people with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability or complex support needs will be highly regarded.

Working with Children Check, where applicable
First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
Australian working rights
Reliable transport and driver's licence where required
Relevant industry experience is highly regarded
