Office Administrator | North Ryde, NSW | Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and personable Office Administrator to join our team at AFT Pharmaceuticals' Australian Office in North Ryde, NSW. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional first point of contact — greeting visitors and clients and managing incoming calls
• Perform daily office operations including reception duties, data entry, printing, mail handling, courier bookings, meeting room setup, and supplies management
• Respond to emails and phone enquiries promptly and professionally
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system (Purveyance)
• Process orders and provide administrative support to the sales team
• Generate and maintain reports to track sales targets and performance metrics, to support the Sales Managers
• Liaise with the Regulatory team to assist with legal documents

About you

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate Excel skills or above preferred)
• High attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• A positive, proactive, friendly, customer-focused attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
• Australian working rights required
• Experience in a receptionist or administration role, in a fast-paced, professional environment preferred
