Mercedes College is seeking an experienced and compassionate Health Administrator to join our Administration team in a vital role supporting and coordinating student health services across the College.

About the Role
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, the Health Administrator coordinates and maintains student health services, procedures and records across the College.
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires a professional who can confidently deliver health-related administration support while responding calmly and effectively to day-to-day student health needs.
You will coordinate medication management processes, maintain confidential student health records, support first aid and emergency response procedures, facilitate health-related communication with families and staff, and contribute to the continuous improvement of student health and wellbeing practices.
Success in this role requires a strong commitment to student care, exceptional organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
