Roles Available:

• Kitchen Hands - Working in our commercial kitchen, this role handles a variety of bulk volume food preparation including washing, peeling, chopping, and assisting with general kitchen duties to support smooth daily operations.
• DeCatering Assistants - Cleaning and sanitisation of operational service equipment which includes but is not limited to kitchen equipment, production equipment, crockery, airline tins and carts etc. This role also undertakes the de-catering process to properly dispose of waste returned from clients into the appropriate waste stream/s
• All Rounder Catering Assistants - Supports catering production, assembly, de-catering, equipment cleaning and sanitisation, and bar-packing operations. This role prepares and packs meals to customer specifications, cleans and sanitises operational equipment, undertakes de-catering activities including waste disposal, and packs airline carts to required standards while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.

All our current opportunities are flexible rostered positions. Shifts are during the day and may include weekend work.

Please note, as part of our recruitment process candidates will be required to undergo and successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM). This role is labour intensive - You will be on your feet for most of the day and required to lift/move heavy items (5 - 15kg).
