Gardener/Landscaper

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Gardener/Landscaper to join our dynamic team at Sydney Mowing and Lawn Care. This full-time role and will involve maintaining and beautifying a variety of residential and commercial properties through expert gardening and landscaping services.

What you'll be doing

• Mowing, edging and maintaining lawns to ensure a neat, well-manicured appearance

• Pruning, trimming and shaping shrubs, hedges and trees

• Planting, cultivating and nurturing a variety of plants, flowers and greenery

• Applying fertilisers, pesticides and other treatments to promote plant health

• Clearing and disposing of garden waste

• Performing general garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching and clearing pathways

• Advising clients on the best gardening practices for their property

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a gardener or landscaper

• Excellent knowledge of horticulture, plant care and landscaping techniques

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and address garden issues

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Good time management and organisational skills to efficiently complete tasks

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work

• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
