Position Summary:

• Lead all elements of the bar service period, tending bar and exceeding guest expectations

• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests

• Responsible for managing one bar outlet, and assisting with the Lobby Lounge Bar, ensuring your team are providing service excellence with each customer experience

• Ensure the bar is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings

• Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen

• Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets

• Plan, develop and conduct training to ensure the team maintains a clean bar area

• Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Bar department

• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the the hotel’s core values.

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA

• Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
