We are proud to announce the opening of our brand-new Audi & CUPRA dealerships at Essendon Fields late 2025. With a modern showroom, and state-of-the-art service bays, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new chapter .
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager/ Parts Supervisor who can lead, mentor, and support a high-performing workshop and parts team.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will provide visible leadership across both teams, driving efficient workflow, strong productivity, effective parts support, and consistently high-quality customer and commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and developing technicians, apprentices and parts staff.
Allocating and prioritising workshop jobs according to technician capability and capacity.
Monitoring workflow, productivity, job progress, Vehicle Health Checks and warranty compliance.
Supporting technicians with complex vehicle diagnosis and technical information.
Overseeing daily parts operations, including parts selection, stock ordering, receipting, returns and stock control.
Promoting effective communication and collaboration between the workshop, parts and service teams.
Supporting departmental performance, profitability, training and WHS compliance.
Building a positive, accountable and solutions-focused team culture.
To be successful, you will have:
A recognised Automotive Technician qualification.
Previous Workshop Controller or similar automotive leadership experience.
Previous spare parts experience.
Strong leadership, planning and performance-management skills.
The ability to coach, motivate and develop employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound commercial awareness and a strong customer-focused mindset.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional looking to take ownership of two important operational areas and make a genuine impact on team and departmental performance.
Ongoing manufacturer training will be provided.
