What You Will Be Doing

Build your strata knowledge and support an assigned strata manager in all aspects of the management of a diverse portfolioPrepare meeting minutes and agendas for Committee / General meetings as requiredDocument preparation prior and post meetings through an electronic cloud-based platformAttending to customer queries via email, phone and in personAssist in maintaining records and statutory deadlinesScanning and photocopying of documentsGrowing and developing skills to eventually becoming a Relationship Manager with your own portfolio

What You Need To Bring To The Role

Previous experience in a similar role within strata/body corporateExcellent customer service and administration skillsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAttention to detail and strong time management skillsAbility to use (and learn) multiple software applications (MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics, StrataVote, StrataMax)Some understanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations desirableTakes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integrationTeam oriented and eager to develop / enable othersA growth mindset, showing initiative and a learning focus
