What We're Looking For3+ years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.Experience recruiting within healthcare, hospitality, aged care, and trades is highly regarded.Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping businesses grow through great people.
