About the Role:
As a Store Business Manager, you will be a dynamic and results-focused leader with a genuine passion for premium fashion and delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage a retail team, cultivate a positive and high-performance culture, and drive measurable results at our Pacific Fair David Jones location. You will set clear expectations, motivate your team, and foster a collaborative environment. With a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset, you are ready to adapt, solve problems, and deliver excellence in every aspect of store operations.
You will be responsible for:
Providing an unparalleled store and styling service that prioritizes customer satisfaction and cultivates returning clientele.
Leading and motivating the team to achieve targeted goals and KPIs.
Managing day-to-day in-store operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to showcase our premium menswear products.
Conducting regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and elevate customer service.
Overseeing inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and stocktakes.
Collaborating with the head office to analyze sales performance and strategize for improvement.
About You:
Our Store Business Managers lead by example, establishing clear expectations to achieve in-store goals while fostering growth within the CALIBRE family. Our ideal candidate will also possess:
Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the fashion retail industry.
A comprehensive understanding of all KPIs.
A professional and results-oriented leadership style.
The ability to proactively solve problems, identify opportunities, and drive the business as if it were your own.
Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, especially within menswear.
Adaptability to embrace change and drive innovation.
