World Vision Australia’s Young Mob program supports First Nations young people to confidently engage with the world while staying deeply connected to culture and community. We’re seeking a First Nations Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of the Young Mob project in partnership with First Nations partner organisations and the NSW Department of Education across the Sydney and Hunter Valley region.
This role provides cultural leadership in program delivery and facilitation. It requires deep cultural knowledge and lived experience as a First Nations person to ensure culturally safe facilitation, strong community relationships, and meaningful engagement with young people, families, Elders and partner organisations. Some out‑of‑hours work will be required for camps and extension activities.
