Our preferred candidates

We prefer candidates with more than 2 - 4 years experience as this role is a stepping stone towards a more senior role although training is available for the right person

• At the minimum for our junior roles, close to completing air conditioning apprenticeship or recently completed

• Honest and reliable personal qualities

• Able to work autonomously and a part of a team

• High level of attention to safety and quality
